BOHEMIA EXPERTS, s.r.o. expert institute was founded on January 26, 1998, as a follow-up of several years of activities performed by experts nominated by a court in various fields of activity.

On April 8, 1999, the Minister of Justice of the Czech Republic was entered in the list of constitutional qualifications for expert activities and obtained authorization to prepare expert opinions and valuations in the field of economics to the extent that can be corrected for assessing financial transactions with the property.

On July 23, 2001, the Trades Licensing Department of the Office of the City District of Prague 8 granted a licensed trade license for “Valuation of property for movables, immovable property, intangible assets, financial assets and business.”

To be successful  on the market requires the most professional approach and continuous improvement of professional and technical prerequisites of each entity. That is why we specialize exclusively in services related to property valuation and top quality services is our priority. We have extensive experience with valuation, which is reflected in the quality of our work.
